Iron mat and bag:

• 20x24" two pieces. Inside and outside.
• 1 piece 20x24" Teflon fabric. (I have 10 already cut available for $5 each.)
• 2 - 4"x16" handles.
• 1- 4 1/2" x 5" rectangle (for tab)
• Small square of Velcro or snaps. Or button for closing.
• Optional. 2 pieces 1x16" batting or interfacing for handles (stiffer)

 

Sewing machine cover:

• 2 pieces coordinating fabrics (front and back) 20x23"
• 20x23 piece of batting
• 20x5.5" batting
• 2 pieces coordinating fabric 8x8" one with picture for pocket or a leftover quilt block maybe?
• 2 pieces coordinating fabric 6x6.5" for thread catcher
• Binding for pocket and main 125" approx. (25" for pocket, 100" for main)
• ties to close cover and thread catcher 50" total. Ribbon, string or binding
