WORKSHOP SUPPLIES LIST

In our workshop you will have enough time to cut out and piece (by machine or by hand) at least one of the Steam Punk Blocks. If you are a quick learner, bring more fabric. Amounts to bring vary with the position of the fabrics so it is best to say a fat quarter is enough for any position.

 

Patten is required for the class. Cost is $12 each tax included to be paid to the instructor. Email to reserve a copy.

 

For One Block please bring the following: Fabric:

• Background Fabric which can be lighter or darker as long as there are strong contrasts Medium or Dark Fabric for the Large Propeller Blades
• Small Accent Blades can be darker or lighter than the Propellers but must have a strong contrast
• Center Circle fabric Supplies:
• Template plastic or cardboard Scissors for paper and fabric Rulers
• Rotary Cutter and Mat
• Pencil
• Pins
• Neutral or Matching Thread
• Sewing Machine (if doing machine piecing)
• If you are doing it by hand, you will need needles, thread, small scissors.
